Once upon a time there was a castle.

In 1075 a castle was built, demolished by 1340, in 1939 the site became Stamford bus station. I spent the summer of 2025 photographing the people I met there. From the day trippers arriving by coach to those waiting for a bus to take them through town and onto the next.

I found a community
